Assistant Project Manager (Remote)
Summary:

Key Responsibilities
*Support all phases of corporate real estate projects, including planning, budgeting, design, construction, FF&E, technology coordination, move management, and occupancy.
*Track project schedules, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, risks, and project documentation to ensure successful execution.
*Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners including facilities, IT, finance, legal teams, landlords, brokers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
*Manage project reporting, meeting minutes, status updates, close-out activities, and independently oversee smaller projects from kickoff through completion.
Required Skills & Experience
*Experience supporting corporate real estate, facilities, construction, or project management projects.
*Strong organizational, multitasking, and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
*Ability to manage budgets, invoices, schedules, contracts, and project documentation effectively.
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
*Experience working independently on projects while proactively identifying and escalating risks or issues.
