We are seeking a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented construction administrative professional who enjoys supporting fast-moving residential, commercial, and office construction projects from planning through closeout.

The Construction Project Coordinator will serve as a key communication link between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities

- Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and administration of construction projects from startup through completion.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, permits, insurance certificates, and project correspondence.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deadlines, budgets, invoices, and cost-related documentation to help projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, inspections, material orders, vendor activities, and other project-related tasks.
- Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranty documentation, final records, and project status reporting.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Coordinate construction project documentation, communication, schedules, and administrative workflows.
- Support project budgeting, cost tracking, invoice processing, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain accurate project files and records using construction project management software.
- Assist with project closeout, including punch lists, warranty documentation, and final records.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred, with at least 2 years in construction administration, project coordination, project engineering, or a related construction support role.
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, industrial, or civil construction project processes.
- Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project correspondence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Buildertrend, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented construction environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent construction projects.
- Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, project accounting, and invoice processing.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, compliance requirements, subcontractor documentation, and insurance certificate tracking.
