Estimator / Project Manager

Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, this position is responsible for Estimating costs for Bid Proposals, Contract Amendments, Change Orders, and other related cost issues for all new and/or existing Projects. In addition, this position requires that the individual prepare, maintain, and analyze project schedules for all new and/or existing Projects

Additional Skills

A minimum of five (5) years of estimating experience related to construction materials and/or product take offs. In addition, a minimum of five (5) years of scheduling experience in construction related projects. Experience in construction sales or contracting sales is a plus. Three (3) years minimum experience in AutoCAD is desired. Experience with Autodesk Inventor is desired but not required.
