Our client, a leading organization in infrastructure and facility management, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management department supporting critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide construction management, architectural design, and ensure code compliance within the Facilities Management group.
- Coordinate work of contractors and interface with customers to meet program requirements.
- Manage all phases of project management including evaluation, estimating, scheduling, and budget management.
- Oversee design oversight, construction management, and project close-out activities.
- Support the development of capital and expense budgets, focusing on value engineering and process efficiencies.
What's Needed?
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- At least 6 years of related experience in engineering or a related field, or a graduate degree with 4 years of experience.
- Experience with LN2 infrastructure (liquid nitrogen systems) and facility projects involving HVAC replacements and upgrades.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations including OSHA, ADA, NFPA, NEC, EPA, and local building codes.
