Senior Project Manager RAVE Platform Implementation

Are you ready to lead a statewide initiative in the heart of Cheyenne, WY? The Wyoming Department of Homeland Security is seeking a Senior Project Manager to spearhead the implementation of the RAVE Emergency Alert and Panic Button platforms. This mission-critical project will enhance public safety across the state.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of the project, from planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination. You'll work closely with state agencies, local jurisdictions, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of this essential public safety solution.

• 8–12 years of IT Project Management experience
• Proficiency in Agile, PMBOK, and Hybrid methodologies
• Experience in PMO governance and reporting
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in risk and issue management
• Executive-level communication skills
• Experience with complex system integration
• US Citizenship

• Experience with emergency management systems
• Background in public safety systems
• Experience in telecommunications projects
• Familiarity with alert/notification platforms
• Government sector experience
