Network Support Engineer

FatPipe is looking for a Network Support Engineer to help support, install, and troubleshoot FatPipe routers and SD-WAN appliances in customer networks.

This role will work directly with customers to diagnose network and internet issues, assist with device installation, and configure FatPipe equipment to fit the customers environment. Common work includes troubleshooting connectivity issues, WAN links, routing, VLANs, IP addressing, firewalls, VPNs, and general network performance problems. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN NETWORKING to apply for this position!

This is a full-time entry-level Monday - Friday day shift position with benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Hourly pay depends on specific experience.

Troubleshoot network issues related to FatPipe routers and customer connectivity.

Assist customers with installation and turn-up of FatPipe devices.

Configure devices for customer environments, including VLANs, IP addressing, routing, and WAN connections.

Work with customers, ISPs, and internal teams to diagnose and resolve outages or performance issues.

Support remote troubleshooting sessions by phone, email, and remote access tools.

Document issues, configuration changes, and resolution steps in support tickets.

Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.

Intermediate networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPNs, and firewalls.

Experience troubleshooting routers, switches, internet circuits, or customer network issues.

Comfortable speaking with customers and walking them through technical issues.

Ability to learn quickly and work through problems logically.

CCNA, Network+, or similar certification is a plus but not required.

Prior helpdesk, MSP, ISP, or network support experience is a plus.
