Job Description As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various construction projects. Your responsibilities will include communicating with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. You will also ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies while assisting in change order management, cost control, and financial tracking. Additionally, you will participate in site inspections and support the Project Manager in project closeout activities. Responsibilities

- Participate in site inspections and provide updates on construction activities.

- Degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in construction project management, assistant project management, project engineer, or a similar role (residential, commercial, or industrial)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Wayne, IN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
