Our Minnetonka locion is seeking a high caliber, motived, self-driven engineering leader to join our operions team in Abbotts Electrophysiology business unit. In Abbotts Electrophysiology (EP) business, were advancing the trement of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in rial fibrillion, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.\

About the Role
The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor leads a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Engineering Technicians supporting the production of Electrophysiology (EP) cheters in a reguled medical device environment. This role drives daily engineering support, process stability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, compliant, and highquality products.

Wh Youll Work On

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers/technicians supporting EP cheter manufacturing.
• Prioritize and assign engineering work to meet production, quality, and capacity goals.
• Oversee process ownership, documention, validions (IQ/OQ/PQ), and change control.
• Provide hands-on support for line issues, rootcause investigions, and CAPA activities.
• Analyze process da (yield, scrap, SPC, CPK) to improve performance and reduce variion.
• Drive continuous improvement, automion, tooling, and process optimizion projects.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and Abbott procedures.
• Collabore with Operions, Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain to support product and business objectives.

Required Qualificions

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Chemical, or reled field).
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering within medical devices or a reguled industry.
• Experience supporting complex assemblies or cheter-based device manufacturing.
• Demonstred leadership capability (team lead, project lead, or formal supervisor).

Preferred Qualificions

• Experience with EP cheters, cardiovascular devices, micro-assembly, polymers, bonding, or braiding.
• Strong background in validion, documention, risk management, and structured problem-solving (DMAIC, 8D, 6).
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and communicion skills.

The base pay for this position is $86,700.00 $173,300.00. In specific locions, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
