As our Event Project Manager, youll be at the heart of every event, taking charge of the technical execution and ensuring client satisfaction. Heres what your role will include:

• Project Leadership : Act as the project leader and onsite contact for clients throughout the event.
• Event Execution : Manage all phases of technical execution, from load-in to run of show to load-out.
• Inventory Management : Take ownership of inventory management throughout the event.
• Team Communication : Communicate project plans and client expectations to the event team.
• Problem Solving : Manage onsite changes, including adjustments to schedules, equipment, or workforce.
• Mentorship : Mentor and guide RTP team members on event execution and best practices to enhance local knowledge and expertise.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with established Technical and Production Standards.
• Client Follow-Up : Check in with clients onsite to confirm their needs are met and equipment is functioning properly.

Were seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

• Education & Experience : BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with 4+ years of technical experience in Corporate Staging or Broadcast industries. Project management experience is preferred.
• Leadership Skills : At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Technical Expertise : Strong technical background with knowledge of technical diagrams and MS Office.
• Client Relations : Excellent client relationship and communication skills (both written and oral).
• Operational Skills : Familiarity with budgets, cost control, and operational logistics.
• Adaptability : Ability to manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
• Travel Flexibility : Ability to travel up to 50% may be required.
