About Us:
We are a growing telecommunications company based in Langley, BC, working in the cellular industry with Electricians and Field Technicians on staff. Our team is committed to reliability, thorough work and exceptional customer service. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Project Manager to help drive our projects to successful completion.

Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring project objectives align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for telecom infrastructure and service deployments
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Maintain clear communication with management and clients
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Prepare and present project reports to senior management

Qualifications:
37 years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunications or a related industry
Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure (fiber, wireless, and cellular)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
PMP certification is an asset
