Job Description

The Program Manager - PPL Operations will be responsible for end-to-end leadership, governance, and scaling of Pick-Pack-Load operations across the United States supporting client's operations.

This role ensures consistent execution of standardized SOPs, operational performance, safety compliance, and stakeholder alignment across all sites and partners. The Program Manager will act as the primary owner of operational stability, workforce management, and continuous improvement

Mandatory Experience (Critical Requirement)

• Proven experience managing large-scale blue-collar / frontline workforce, including:
• Pickers, packers, loaders, warehouse associates, or similar roles
• Demonstrated ability to:
• Manage high-volume, hourly workforce operations across shifts and locations
• Drive attendance, discipline, and performance management
• Work within vendor-driven staffing models (contract workforce)
• Hands-on experience in:
• On-ground operations with physical workflows (warehouse, retail, last-mile, or fulfillment environments)
• Managing shift-based operations, including weekends and extended operating hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in:
• Drone delivery or last-mile fulfillment operations
• Walmart or large retail ecosystems
• Familiarity with operational analytics and performance dashboards

Experience: 8-10 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
