Role Overview:

As a Project Manager on our Transformation team, you will be helping implement significant organizational changes-such as new technology, processes, or structural shifts-by supporting senior managers with planning, documentation, and team coordination. This role would focus on driving efficiency, maintaining timelines, and documenting workflows, providing foundational experience in managing change initiatives.

+ Plans/manages transformation programs or projects to meet specific cross functional objectives or goals.

+ Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program.

+ Ensures delivery against both technical requirements and operational tasks in delivery of a specific initiative or service.

+ Clearly maps out tasks, determines dependencies, identifiesspecific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedule.

+ Assess risk and identify issues. Monitor progress against schedule. Coordinate resources with other functions.

+ Use a data-focused approach to ensure each initiative on our roadmap delivers a meaningful impact to our business and users.
