Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong project planning abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Act as the primary customer interface by facilitating team meetings, tracking, and managing action items to meet client deliverables, and distributing regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Build strong communication channels with clients and internal departments such as Planning & Partnerships, External Vendors, and Legal teams, providing custom reporting, dashboards, and metrics management.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including resource, time, and budget estimates for all project phases and milestones for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project schedules and calendars with input from transition leads to ensure timely project execution.
• Facilitate team meetings, document minutes, and track action items to ensure project progress and accountability.

What's Needed?

• 2-4 years of experience in contract compliance, utilizing AI tools to evaluate adherence to contract templates and identify deviations.
• 3-5 years of experience in contract negotiations, acting as a liaison between vendors, legal teams, and leadership to secure contract amendments.
• 3-5 years of strong communication skills, including running vendor meetings, managing trackers, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
• 3-5 years of data analysis experience, producing reports, analyzing data, and providing leadership insights into program status, risks, and issues.
• Proficiency with Google Apps (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Meets, Drive, Slides) and AI tools such as Gemini or Workbook LM is preferred.
