Senior Electrical Engineer - Aerospace Electronics
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Salary Range: $130,000 - $185,000.

Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Senior Electrical Engineers to support the design, development, testing, and validation of advanced electronic systems within aerospace, avionics, defense, automotive electronics, and other highly regulated industries. Multiple opportunities are available across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex electronic products throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept and hardware development through testing, qualification, and production. Successful candidates will possess strong analog and digital design experience, hands-on hardware development skills, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits and subsystems.
Support electronic hardware development from concept through production.
Participate in schematic capture, PCB design reviews, and hardware integration activities.
Perform circuit analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause investigations.
Support product validation, qualification testing, and reliability activities.
Collaborate with systems, software, manufacturing, and test engineering teams.
Support EMI/EMC evaluation and design improvement efforts.
Develop technical documentation, design reports, and engineering deliverables.
Participate in product verification and validation activities.
Support engineering efforts related to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
7+ years of electrical or electronics engineering experience.
Strong background in analog and digital circuit design.
Experience developing and troubleshooting electronic hardware.
Experience with schematic capture and PCB design processes.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within aerospace, avionics, defense, automotive electronics, or other regulated product development environments.
Experience with power electronics, DC/DC converters, power supplies, and current-regulated circuits.
Familiarity with EMI/EMC design considerations and testing.
Experience supporting product qualification and validation activities.
Knowledge of embedded hardware systems.
Exposure to industry standards such as DO-160, DO-178, DO-254, MIL-STD, or similar regulatory requirements.
Experience working within cross-functional product development environments.
