Traveling Electrical Project Manager - Low Voltage

We never settle for good enough and strive for excellence in everything we do.Responsibilities:- Manage teams on low voltage projects, including structured cabling systems, terminating and testing fiber and copper cables, troubleshooting fiber lines, installing wireless door access points, security camera installations, and more.- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring job safety and completion.- Collaborate with upper management and Senior Superintendents to ensure project success.- Develop and build strong teams for each project, delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing scope, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.- Drive division profitability through effective project execution.- Continuously evaluate and improve systems and processes to meet customer requirements and profitability goals.- Review contractual requirements for all projects and specific process design methodologies as needed.- Ensure schedule requirements are met, adjusting priorities and milestones based on changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirements.- Interact with customers to validate expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.- Manage project review processes with a focus on financial forecasting.- Ensure high-quality engineering, studies, and project delivery.- Proactively communicate challenges, risks, and successes.Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in managing low voltage electrical projects.- Proven ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects.- Demonstrated ability to run a profitable portfolio.- Exceptional initiative, execution, and communication skills, both oral and written.- Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership skills.Benefits:- 100-160k- Vacation/PTO- Medical, Dental, Vision- 401kIf you are a skilled Low Voltage project manager with the experience and drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply today!
