Conduent Business Services, LLC is looking for a Technical Business Analysis Engineer III in Plano, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home/telecommute] lead resources and project tasks in a given workstream such as data conversion or new client system configuration within the Conduent administration Record Keeping System (RKS). Develop effective day-to-day working relationships with clients to ensure seamless delivery on specific tasks related to Health & Welfare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Perform data conversion from prior recordkeeper. Establish payroll deduction, direct billing processes and indicative data file processing to react to data changes. Configure life event business rules and display Health & Welfare participant data on proprietary CSR interface tool. Utilize Quality Centre, Jira, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint as well as extensively utilize Sybase SQL utilized to develop, read, and debug stored procedures upon business requirements. Lead client meetings and present Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to the client and work through requirements and review process. Responsible for client specific reference documents such as the plan provisions document, Event Matrix, client SPDs and Terminology Document. Review signed off documents with programmers and testers. Continue updates to BRDs as changes are required due to client changes or programming issues. Support User Acceptance Testing and Client Acceptance Testing (CAT) meetings/events. Review project schedules created by project managers and provide input regarding deliverables and implementation timelines associated with all communications tasks. Establish a client BRD review schedule, prioritize document reviews and signoff as appropriate to meet programming dates. Manage software testing including test planning, development of test strategy, creation of test scripts, execution of test cases, risk and defect management. Ensure project delivery as per functional and non-functional needs, including agile methodology for various releases.
