responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and verify multi-axis CNC programs utilizing CAD/CAM platforms (such as Mastercam, Siemens NX, and Esprit 2000) and Vericut software.
• Establish fixturing requirements, baseline tooling consumption rates, and generate comprehensive operator standard work and quality documentation.
• Deliver daily operator support, hands-on troubleshooting, and training during machine startups or workflow updates.
• Spearhead process improvement projects utilizing Lean principles to elevate safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and delivery in a fast-paced environment.
