Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design and execution of industrial, manufacturing, and specialty chemical projects. This role will lead electrical engineering efforts, develop power distribution systems, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions from concept through construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Experience in the A/E industry supporting industrial, manufacturing, or specialty chemical projects
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of NEC requirements, grounding systems, transformers, generators, and hazardous area classifications
• Excellent communication, technical writing, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems
• Size and specify transformers and generators
• Apply NEC and API standards to project designs
• Coordinate hazardous area classification studies
• Lead and coordinate engineers, designers, and drafters
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors
• Support construction activities including site visits, RFIs, and submittal reviews
• Manage project risks, scope changes, and technical challenges
