Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role supports civil design, land development, hydrology, hydraulics, and infrastructure projects within a growing architectural and design services environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform civil engineering design for land development and infrastructure projects.
- Apply hydrology and hydraulics principles to support project analysis, technical recommendations, and design solutions.
- Develop, review, and revise engineering plans, construction documents, and project deliverables using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Conduct modeling and analysis using HEC-RAS for applicable civil engineering projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting schedules, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Prepare technical reports, plans, documentation, and project communications for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
- Fundamentals of Engineering required/ PE Preferred
- 510 years of relevant civil engineering experience
Technical Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of HEC-RAS
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Experience in project design, land development, and hydrology/hydraulics
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000 to $105,000 per year.
