A growing construction organization in Escondido, CA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee nationwide residential, commercial, and office construction projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and coordination through completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, deliverables, subcontractor performance, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support long-term business growth through networking and relationship management.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while working independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications:
- Extensive construction project management experience

- Established client relationships and industry network is a must
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Compensation may exceed the stated range for candidates with exceptional qualifications, industry expertise, or an established book of business.
- 10% commission structure.
- Performance-based bonuses.
- Additional commission and bonus opportunities may add approximately $20,000 to $100,000+ annually.
- Flexible remote position with nationwide projects.
- Local candidates are encouraged to attend the office 1 to 2 times per week.
- Two weeks of in-office training provided.

Experienced in end-to-end project management, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control; skilled in managing subcontractors, vendor negotiations, and client relationships; strong background in construction estimating, bid preparation, and value engineering; proficient in interpreting blueprints, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; knowledgeable in OSHA safety compliance, labor coordination, and job site operations; experienced with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software; excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to keep projects on time and within budget.
