As a PMP Program Engineer youll work on a broad range of projects that will challenge you to learn and grow in your career. Working side by side with designers, test and manufacturing engineers, youll use your education, experience and growing expertise to develop and evaluate new and innovative technology in an advanced manufacturing environment utilizing the latest technology such as additive manufacturing and novel materials to survive in the most hostile of environments.

In this role you will:
Participate in and lead technical assignments related to a Parts, Materials and Processes in a high-reliability missile system
Oversee the progress and execution of galvanic assessments from LM and subcontractors
Prepare technical and progress reports on assigned tasks and analyze test reports
Coordinate with team engineers, internal/subcontractor interfaces, leadership and MDA customer

A self-starter who develops solutions to technical issues
A motivated individual who's able to work closely within a geographically dispersed team to resolve technical issues
Someone with the ability to handle shifting priorities, multiple projects and timeline pressure to meet deadlines
Someone comfortable with communicating in a variety of forums
Someone with the ability to work with management and program representatives at several levels

Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across stakeholders to drive project success
Experience in Project Planning
Experience evaluating complex data, spotting inconsistencies, and proposing sound solutions
Experience working data analytics with Excel and creating metrics to present to key stakeholders
Willingness/ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance; US Citizenship
