Supply Chain Innovation Project Manager - Level 4

What You Will Be Doing

This position is for an Innovation Project Manager within the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) LOB and will lead crossfunctional, multiLOB/BA initiatives to create consistent, repeatable procurement processes for both FARbased and commercial acquisitions. The Innovation Project Manager will drive speed, agility, and innovation across ADP, including unclassified and classified efforts, ensuring supplychain excellence that aligns with missioncritical objectives. Candidate would be expected to work on-site at least 2 days a week.

Ability to lead teams within various functions and have a growth mindset to enable strategic thinking and driving requiring outside-the-box thinking timely solutions.
Experience with agile procurement frameworks and rapidfielding logistics
Experience in Subcontract Management with various contracting types and experience with Commercial Acquisition Procedures (CAP), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
Champion digital supplychain tools (AI analytics, blockchain traceability, SAP, advanced ERP modules) to increase visibility and decisionmaking speed.

This position requires an Active Secret clearance and PAR for successful execution.
