Some of your Responsibilities include:
- Helping with the technical development of HVAC systems for large and complex projects Mission Critical and Commercial sector.
- Utilize Revit in producing drawings for ductwork, water side distribution systems and equipment as required.
- Assuring tasks are complete, accurate and in accordance with good engineering practices.
- Research equipment selections and perform related calculations regarding airflow and water systems.
- Knowledge and experience with calculations, equipment selection, ductwork layout, piping layout and construction documents (CFD modeling is a plus).
- Attend field visits, meet with clients and vendors.
- General coordination of specific design aspects into a project.
- Work closely on multi-discipline projects, with mechanical, electrical etc.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2 - 3 + years of experience designing HVAC systems.
- Working knowledge of Revit / BIM is required.
- Communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Background in either commercial, mission critical data centers, or hospitality is a plus.
- Professional commitment to sustainability, LEED accreditation is a plus.
- Willingness to pursue a PE license, EIT a plus.

This is a high visibility role and the total compensation that we expect to pay for this position is dependent on years of experience, licensure, education and project portfolio but expected to be in the $80,000 to $110,000 range.
