Sr Process Engineer

Location: Boulder, CO (Onsite) Duration: 24 Months Pay Rate: $55–60/hr W2

1. Process Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) – Hands-on validation protocol development and execution.
2. Capital Project Management – Experience leading medium to large equipment/process projects.
3. Statistical Analysis – SPC, process capability, data analysis, DOE preferred.
4. Manufacturing Engineering experience in a regulated environment (Medical Device preferred).
5. Process troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
6. Strong technical aptitude with complex equipment/systems.

• Provide engineering support for the electron beam manufacturing line.
• Lead process, equipment, and component validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Manage capital equipment upgrades, replacements, and installation projects.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, production layouts, and equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and cross-functional teams.
• Perform statistical analysis to improve yield, efficiency, and process capability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Support technology transfers, equipment qualification, and process optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
