Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and implement technology transfer plans, ensuring seamless integration of new facilities technology. Partner with TD Equipment and Facilities Tool Install Engineers to develop comprehensive Tool Service Requirements and utility database for first-of-a-kind (FOAK) workstation transfers, utilizing advanced data modeling to create detailed tool utility matrices for each technology node. Conduct in-depth Utility Trade Ratio (UTR) analyses and system load/capacity assessments using engineering databases and simulation tools to evaluate and mitigate facility system impacts of new technology introductions. Author and validate Facilities Release Documentation (FRD/TI FRD) for FOAK material and workstation installations, ensuring the effective transfer of best-known methods (BKMs) to high-volume manufacturing and compliance with industry standards. Provide program metrics to management (including but not limited to FRD/alignment, utility load/capacity, Cost of Transition and Performance to Plan). Independently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges during technology transfer, leveraging advanced engineering methodologies and cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success. Drive quality improvement initiatives to reduce Fab impacts, improve efficiency, and identify cost savings Collaborate with key stakeholders to evaluate the impact of process changes, define future facilities requirements, and institutionalize continuous improvement through the application of lessons learned and best-known methods (BKMs). Provide engineering support to ensure safety is considered in all aspects of the technology transfer business process and in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Finish the required safety training and conduct all work in accordance with Micron EHS policies, safety and quality standards. Ensure effective communication with facilities and manufacturing stakeholders, attending meetings and providing technical input. Support the planning, design, and commissioning of Greenfield semiconductor fabrication facilities, focusing on achieving optimal operational performance, safety, and adaptability for future technology advancements. Collaborate with Technology Development Fabs and R&D teams to drive the swift implementation and enhancement of cutting-edge manufacturing processes and equipment, ensuring a seamless transition of new technologies into high-volume production environments. May telecommute part time.

Analyzing production tool utility requirements, including detailed assessment of utility consumption patterns and optimization strategies (leverage data analysis tools, work with various teams to optimize and refine consumption forecasts, develop new systems or methods that aid in consumption reduction);
2. Analyzing new technology utility requirements, evaluating the impact of emerging process technologies on facility infrastructure and resource allocation;
3. Evaluating materials and processes and their impact on facilities systems, safety, and environmental compliance;
4. Applying advanced engineering principles (thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, data analysis, materials science, and reliability engineering) and regulatory standards;
5. Defining facilities requirements for upcoming technology transfers, developing comprehensive specifications and documentation;
6. Generating facilities release documents for new facilities systems and process equipment ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements;
7. Generating utility impact analyses for new technology nodes;
8. Utilizing specialized engineering methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, Statistical Process Control, and Change Management protocols) and simulation tools (Facility Capacity Planning Validation System) to forecast and mitigate risks to facility operations;
9. Designing and coordinating facilities infrastructure projects: project planning, cross-functional collaboration, and oversight of construction and commissioning activities; and
10. Providing technical support for equipment startup and commissioning, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring integration of new technologies into production environments.
