Maintenance Engineer Tech III - Solaris

Solaris Residences is seeking an Engineering Technician III professional to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems, residential units, and commercial spaces throughout the property. If you're a skilled problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, we want to meet you. This is a PM position with mornings off for fresh tracks!

Duties Include :

• Respond to guest, owner, and employee work orders in a timely, professional manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections across units, common areas, and building systems (including boilers, pools, and fire systems)
• Ensure all facilities and operational systems are maintained in safe, efficient, and reliable working condition
• Collaborate with internal technicians and outside contractors to complete repairs, improvements, and assigned projects
• Document work performed and complete tasks in compliance with safety guidelines and brand standards

Pay Rate : $27/ hour; Hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and half after 90 days

Schedule : Four 10 hour shifts/ week; Sunday - Wednesday 12:30pm - 11:00pm

Our ideal candidate for this year-round position is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis with no end date. They possess basic computer skills and are proficient with hand and power tools. Preferred tech school education or high school diploma and Certified Pool Operator certification. Success in this role requires strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting abilities, and the practical judgment to diagnose issues and identify effective solutions. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a common-sense approach to maintenance and problem-solving.
