Construction Project Coordinator

Essential Responsibilities:
Download plans and email to vendors for pricing and insure they are received on time for the bid due dates.
Procure and maintain all permits and licenses required.
Create and maintain all job folders both digital and paper folders.
Review contracts and proposals and ensure the accuracy of pricing and scopes.
Create submittal package and get client approvals before ordering any materials.
Maintain records of lead times for materials and fabrication and communicate these times with the superintendent and customers continuously.
Order approved material and equipment and follow up to ensure products will be delivered on time and go over ship tickets to ensure quantities and pricing corresponds with vendor quote.
Collect and prepare all documentation, records, pricing and photos for change orders and hand off to project manager for final approval.
Help answer phones and respond to all project related emails in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
1-2 years minimum experience with wet and dry utilities is a MUST If you have never worked in this field please do not apply for this position.
Ability to read, understand and bid underground wet and dry utility plans.
1-2 years minimum experience with project coordinating in the construction industry.
Have a sense of urgency and be able to multitask and stay organized.
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle .
