Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including change orders, submittals, requests, and related administrative records.
- Support project managers and team members with scheduling, tracking, follow-up, and document control.
- Prepare, review, route, and update project forms, logs, reports, and correspondence.
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to help keep project information accurate and current.
- Track deadlines, approvals, and outstanding items to support timely project completion.
- Assist with general administrative support related to project coordination and office operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $58,000.00 to $61,000.00 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or administrative support.
- Experience working with change orders, submittals, and project-related requests.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers, team members, vendors, and external partners.
- Proficiency with common office software and project documentation processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting construction, engineering, facilities, or project-based administrative teams.
- Familiarity with document control procedures and project tracking logs.
- Ability to anticipate project needs and proactively follow up on open items.
