What you will enjoy doing*

• You will support troubleshoot production and process issues related to electroplated coatings
• In this role you will support customers by resolving technical, quality, and performance concerns
• Furthermore, you will drive quality improvements using data analysis and problem-solving tools
• Moreover, you will assist with process optimization and capacity/efficiency improvements
• You will participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• Additionally, you will support documentation, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives

What makes you great

• You possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or related field preferred
• You demonstrate basic knowledge of materials, coatings, or surface engineering (electroplating a plus)
• Moreover, you will have strong data-driven problem-solving and analytical skills
• You are comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Additionally, you communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Further, you must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in teamwork, independent work, and continuous improvement tools (Lean/Six Sigma a plus)
