Role Summary:The Product Specialist - RADSOK Power Products plays a key role in supporting and growing a strategic power product portfolio. This individual will work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, operations, and marketing to execute product strategies, support customer and channel needs, and drive profitable growth. This role is ideal for a results-driven self-starter with a strong work ethic who takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and is motivated to grow into broader product ownership and leadership responsibilities over time.
Duties/Key Responsibilities:
Product & Business Execution
Support execution of product line strategies for RADSOK power products, aligned with business objectives and growth targetsAssist in achieving order, revenue, and margin goals by supporting sales opportunities and quotation activitiesDevelop and maintain strong working knowledge of assigned product lines, applications, competitive landscape, and customer requirementsSupport Product Manager on analyzation of product performance, pricing, and margin trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Primary support and communication liaison for Asia based PM's with North American RADSOK customer basedCoordinate with sales teams (direct and distribution) to support customer engagements, technical discussions, and product trainingInterface with marketing and mar-com teams to support product documentation, presentations, new product introductions & promotional initiativesCommunication liaison between customers and Amphenol for any technical requests and/or support

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience0-3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales support, engineering, or industrial manufacturing environmentExposure to power interconnects, electrical components, or industrial markets is a strong plus
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM/PLM systems a plus
Growth & Development:This role is designed as a developmental position with clear opportunity to grow into broader Product Manager or Product Marketing leadership roles. The Product Specialist will gain hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle, strategic decision-making, and global business operations within Amphenol's worldwide organization.
