Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a Remote position with a Major Financial Institution located in Buffalo, NY or Cleveland, OH. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

This role requires expertise in facilitation, management,munication, and planning within the financial services industry, specifically in risk management and payment services. The ideal candidate will befortable interacting with leadership, be able to influence without authority, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects, which may include directing third party resources as well as virtual teams

Define and manage project scope, scope changes, objectives, requirements, deliverables, and value proposition

Develop integrated project plans; identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths; and track/report project milestones and status

Estimate resources needed to achieve project goals, track utilization, and manage on/off-boarding

Identify, track, escalate and resolve issue conflicts; perform impact analysis and prioritization

Leadmunication planning, execution and reporting with project team members and key stakeholders

Support development of change management planning, design and implementation includingmunication and training

Manage documentation and knowledge transfer to "business as usual functions

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Three or more years of project management experience

Knowledge and experience with standard project development/management methodologies and tools

Skilled user in PowerPoint and Excel, withfort across the MS Office suite

Demonstrates critical thinking, problem solving and conflict management skills

Highly polished and confidentmunication ability; possess written, verbal and stand-up presentation skills

Organized, self-disciplined, and able to lead others towardsmon oues

Desired skills:

PMP, CSM or SSM certification or equivalent

Experience in the financial services industry, specifically in risk management, payment services, and regulatory remediation

Pay range: $65.00 per hour
