Develop and deploy standardized analytics solutions such as capacity models, KPI dashboards, predictive tools, and automated reporting. Improve process discipline across engine ship visits, and longrange forecasting through datadriven insights and IE methodologies. Partner with Operations, SIOP, Quality, Finance, and Program organizations to ensure planning models and analytics align with business needs. Translate planning and operations requirements into analytical solutions and scalable tools. Drive continuous improvement and performance optimization using IE principles and data analytics. Mentor and develop team members in analytics, industrial engineering, and operations planning skill. Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistent use of analytical standards across planning processes. Represent the team in cross-functional readiness reviews, planning forums, and strategy discussions. Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering complex analytical or planning solutions.. Experience with ERP/MRP planning systems and operations planning frameworks. Qualifications We Prefer: Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, or Business. Experience implementing enterprise or multisite analytical tools or planning processes. Knowledge of advanced modeling, simulation, or optimization tools. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
