Midwest Senior Wastewater Engineer

Company Overview An established provider of technology solutions for small municipal wastewater systems, with additional experience supporting select industrial applications, is seeking to expand its team. With decades of industry experience, numerous installations across North America, and a portfolio of innovative treatment technologies, the organization is positioned for continued growth and expansion of its core offerings. Position Overview Client is seeking a Senior Wastewater Engineer responsible for supporting proposal and design development, project management, and product development initiatives. Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will provide engineering support across the organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee engineering activities from design and development through execution and post-installation support Perform wastewater process design work in support of proposals and project execution Provide technical leadership in developing plans, specifications, submittals, and project documentation Drive product development and optimization initiatives, including pilot-scale testing of new processes Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to develop innovative and effective solutions This role is a key contributor to both sales and operations teams, leading engineering initiatives across the organization from proposal stage through warranty and customer support. The position also includes oversight of internal projects tied to operational improvements and strategic goals.
