Since 1979, our parent company, Pancoast Staffing Services, has made it their mission to help job seekers find work that is best suited to their abilities, as well as helping local companies find their next ideal candidate to help take their business to the next level.

After more than four decades, we are proud to introduce our newly founded executive division, Pancoast Executive Search. With this new addition to the Pancoast company, we are able to take our vast knowledge of the industry and apply it to our new business venture. Through this we have an opportunity to serve more people and make an even greater impact in the Pittsburgh business community.

As a family-owned business that is now entering it's third generation, we understand the value of connecting with our candidates and clients on a personal level.
