Project Manager II / Medical Device Location: Columbus, OH 43219 Duration: 12 Months (W2 Contract) Key Responsibilities: Manage a special regulatory compliance project within the packaging function Track evolving global regulatory requirements and implementation deadlines Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely task completion Maintain and update detailed tracking documentation, primarily using Microsoft Excel Develop risk mitigation plans to address compliance or timeline issues Communicate project status and updates clearly across internal teams and potentially global stakeholders Ensure full alignment and execution of deliverables within assigned timelines Maintain precise records of progress, changes, and outcomes Preferred Skills & Experience: 4+ years of project management experience Strong background in packaging and/or regulatory compliance Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Solid experience in risk management and mitigation planning Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for tracking and reporting) Effective communication and collaboration skills, including global team coordination Ability to adapt to shifting deadlines and scope changes
