Our client is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to join the EPMO team (5-7 years) to augment long tenured PM s currently in the role. This role is critical to delivering strategic initiatives that drive business value and operational efficiencies. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving successful outcomes. This role requires strong project execution capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a disciplined approach to governance and reporting. This person should be comfortable working with and presenting to executive leadership. They are looking to bring on a nearshore (Mexico City) and onshore (Columbus, OH) with the expectation to go perm after 6 months. Mostly remote, but there is occasional travel which is why the candidate preference is local.
PM will be responsible for overseeing 4-5 continued projects in flight.

What We re Looking For:
- Strong project execution capabilities, with the ability to drive initiatives across IT and business.
- Proficiency in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with ownership of timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and leadership presence, particularly in engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Comfort with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and general data visualization.

- Candidates requiring high levels of oversight or lacking independence in driving project outcomes.
- Gaps in financial or analytical acumen especially with resource planning or executive reporting.
- Hesitation or lack of polish when communicating risks or updates to senior leadership.

Skills Needed:
Project Management Expertise
Must have experience working as part of an EPMO (enterprise PMO)
Familiarity with ERP implementations (SAP or Oracle or both) user knowledge only
Familiarity with Data Strategy projects
