Project Manager/Estimator

Civil Excavation Company is seeking a project manager/ estimator to join our team.

Duties will include

- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and materials required

- Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to develop accurate pricing for projects.

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects & Prepare bid packages and submit proposals to engineers.

- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

- Track and monitor project costs throughout the construction process.

- Provide support to project teams during the construction phase as needed.

Requirements:

Have experience with MMCD
- Proven/minimum 3 years' experience as civil estimating/project manager
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials,.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with project teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Strong negotiation skills to obtain competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
