Summary:
The Sr. Project Manager will own and lead project management efforts across initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, timeline management, resource planning, change management, budgets, and tracking. The incumbent will report to the Chief Business Development Officer.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage multiple concurrent projects and related tasks at different phases and with different objectives.
- Coordinate projects across multiple vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion within budget and service standards.
- Conduct regular project meetings and maintain responsibility for project tracking and analysis.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, coordinate schedules and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and deliver regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage change requests, while maintaining timeline requirements.
- Create a seamless migration experience for business operators and customers.
- Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, in terms of experience and process optimization.
Specifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, PMP Certification a plus
- Proven analytical skills, including fluency in interpreting complex datasets to drive decision-making; advanced Excel skills required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy.
- Able to manage tight implementation schedules, proactively set and maintain expectations, and cultivate productive relationships
- Able to effectively utilize implementation support staff
- Strong technical acumen and ability to learn technologies and their applications quickly
