Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a
Project Manager
Position type: Full-timeContract
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Columbus Ohio 43215-Onsite-Hybrid
As a Project Manager, you will:
Maintain Jira plans, hygiene, ticket updates, dependencies, and GRID resolution.
Support Workstream lead with capacity planning and prioritization.
Drive cross-Workstream alignment to unblock issues.
Ensure adherence to project governance standards.
Assist IMO with integrated project plan requests.
Manage day-to-day Workstream delivery using Jira.
Develop and manage Workstream status reporting.
Prepare and present Change Requests for approval.
Track and escalate off-track Workstream progress.
Align cross-initiative stakeholders on priorities and dependencies.
Document dependencies for transparency across Workstreams.
Escalate Cross-Workstream issues to leads and managers.
Drive GRID process and facilitate escalation of critical issues.
Coordinate meetings and resources for initiative activities.
Regularly meet with leads and managers for communication and collaboration
The ideal candidate will have:
Associate's degree in business, finance, marketing or related field.
7-10 years in Project Management Office.
Proficient in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
Agile environment experience.
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Management Certification (e.g., PMP).
Experience with MS Project.
AgileScrum certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP).

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $74.00 - $78.00 per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
