Project Manager OR Agility Lead

Title: Agility Lead
Location: Columbus, OH (Day 1 Onsite) Experience: 10+ Years

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Agility Lead who can act as both a Scrum Master and a Business Analyst for a high-impact role in the Asset and Wealth Management space.

Responsibilities include:

As a Scrum Master:

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.)
• Coach teams in Agile best practices
• Drive sprint forecasting, velocity tracking, and remove blockers

As a Business Analyst:

• Lead end-to-end database migration requirement gathering
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs
• Strong understanding of technologies like T-SQL, SSIS, C#, .NET, Ctrl M Scheduler
• Domain expertise in Banking/Finance is a plus

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst
• At least 3 years of Agile experience in migration or development projects
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
