Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products
• Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs
• Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications
• Manage product development projects from concept to completion
• Perform testing and validation to ensure product quality and performance

Required Skills:

• Strong background in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in Engineering Design 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex engineering problems
• Mentorship and Team leadership

International and Domestic travel is required 2-3 times a year

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $100,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $115,000.00
