Bridge Engineer/Project Manager

Job Description Responsibilities: Perform civil/structural engineering duties and project management tasks including monitoring budgets and schedules, interacting with clients, and leading junior engineers. Perform structural design and analysis, and prepare design sketches. Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and reports. Instruct draftspersons on design drawings. Lead technical and project discussions with the design team. Responsible for quality control/assurance of project deliverables. Perform engineering inspection/field work. Telecommuting permitted less than 50% from local area. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering Experience: 5 years as a bridge engineer or structural engineer, or related occupation OR: Education: Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering Experience: 3 years as a bridge engineer or structural engineer, or related occupation Education or experience required in: Structural design of bridge and infrastructure projects Finite element analysis in programs such as SAP2000 and/or CSI Bridge Drawing, specification, and cost estimate production for infrastructure projects AASHTO LRFD design code Additional Information Compensation The salary for this role is $121,200 to $129,300.
