Commercial Project Manager

-Lead and Communicate with Superintendent, Subcontractors and Vendors to
assist them in working to the Project Schedule.
-Represent with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities,
Vendors and Subcontractors.
-Administer financial aspects of the Owners contract, subcontracts, and purchase
orders.
-Build effective working relationships with clients and the project team members.
-Project Start-Up
-Purchasing process and Project buy-out:
- Meeting Management
-Financial Management
-Project Closeout
-Maintain and track project information in Procore as required
-Assist the Superintendents as necessary throughout the project and provide all
sufficient information to help them perform their daily duties
-Walk all projects throughout the week to monitor safety to ensure all OSHA requirements are enforced and to enforce Quality Control throughout the project.
-Perform other duties as assigned

-Professional appearance and manner
