Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of engineering
  • Strong working knowledge of diverse manufacturing processes
  • Industrial Environment
  • Cement process knowledge
  • CAD
  • Predictive and Preventative Maintenance
  • Developing and implementing maintenance strategies and procedures to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
  • Conducting routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent and address equipment failures.
  • The Reliability Engineer must be able to estimate, budget, and interact with contractors and vendors while keeping projects within cost parameters.
  • Performing reliability analysis and risk assessments to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.
  • Development and implementation of the vibration analysis predictive maintenance program. 
  • Investigating equipment failures and diagnosing faulty operations to implement corrective actions.
  • Providing technical support and training to maintenance staff to ensure proper operation and maintenance of systems and equipment.
  • Monitoring performance of equipment and systems to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of replacement parts.
  • Documenting all maintenance and reliability activities for audit and future planning purposes
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
