Process Engineer (34419)

Work as part of a team on design of Semiconductor and specialty chemical facilities. Provide conceptual, basic and detailed design engineering process deliverables such as BFD's, PFD, P&ID's and process datasheets. Design utility systems for facilities which include generation units, distribution systems for utilities CDA, DI water, nitrogen, specialty and toxic gases, and vacuum. Perform utility gap analysis, future analysis, safety analysis for storage, as well as process calculations for equipment sizing, Pipeline hydraulic calculations, PSV load calculations for relief systems, Line sizing, and Pump sizing. Participate in Process Safety Management including PHA, HAZOP studies. Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control and Piping design to resolve and debottlenecking. Perform Bid packages review and coordinating with client, procurement team and vendor. Work with project management team to track and manage project, client coordination and to maintain quality of project documentation. Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biotechnology Engineering, or related technical field and one (1) year of experience in job offered, or as a Chemical Process Engineer, or a related occupation.Special Requirements: Experience must include: 1) Performing mass transfer calculations and process equipment design calculations;2) Heat Exchanger design;3) Hydraulic calculations;4) PHA/HAZOP;5) Create and handle SOP's;6) ASME, NFPA code; and7) Designing and troubleshooting in unit operation equipment.*Telecommuting is permitted anywhere in the U.S.Minimum Salary: 95181Maximum Salary: 115181Salary Unit: Yearly
