Your Impact

  • Develops strong relationships with internal and external partners and engages and influences partners to eliminate barriers.
  • Develops plans to execute projects and remains flexible to support change and innovation that supports VS&Co’s continued evolution in the fashion industry.
  • Manages pre-project support / due diligence (i.e. ready to start documents, scheduling, budgets, and resource strategies).
  • Advocates for brand integrity by displaying a clear understanding of brand objectives to effectively communicate local conditions / requirements that would impact the design / branding of the space.
  • Supports negotiations to ensure that brand standards are achieved with landlords, franchise partners and local authorities.
  • Maintains excellent branded environments and opens stores with a high degree of excellence.
  • Understands design concepts, interior construction methods, forecasting, sourcing, scheduling, logistics and managing budgets.
  • Manages the design drawings / construction document process in close partnership with the design team and/or franchise partner.
  • Manages submission processes and coordination of the revision process (with the franchise partner in the case of non-company owned stores)
  • Displays an in-depth knowledge of the details, assemblies, and critical branded elements utilized in the construction of the stores; teaches local resources how to execute correctly and ensure high quality results.
  • Assesses the talent of local resources, management experience, and organizational awareness to develop effective external teams.
  • Monitors and manages budgets and schedules (including risks with submissions and FFE delivery), prioritizing early identification of issues and appropriate escalations.
  • Quality controls and manages punch completion to ensure excellent brand representations to the customer.
  • Supports design development (supporting the development of constructible details, potential value engineering, etc.).
  • Displays a fundamental understanding of international logistic processes and documentation (AWB, CI, BL, COO, Parts list, etc.) required for international shipping.
  • Supports project reviews, identifying areas for potential improvements.
