2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, seeks an experienced System Implementation Jr. Project Manager to work on a new CS system deployment. This role will be based in our Ridgefield Park, NJ office, and on-site presence is required.

Bilingual in English and Korean
PMP
Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Job Description:
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects under the guidance of senior PMs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time
Document project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
Required Certifications & Skills:
Bilingual in English and Korean
PMP
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance
Outsystems certification (highly desirable)
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
1-3 years of experience in project management or a related role
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Skills and Certifications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and negotiate across different levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and processes
Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring others and fostering team development
