Job Summary

The Project Manager 2 works for the BSW Health Plan Project Management Office (PMO) and organizes and leads teams for moderate to large projects. They ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and goals. This includes managing the project scope, timeline, budget, and resources. They also provide leadership and guidance to team members.

Salary

The pay range for this position is $67,849.60 (entry-level qualifications) - $114,192 (highly experienced). The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience.

Essential Functions of the Role

+ Develops project plans to ensure feasibility of project with proper resourcing and effective change management.

+ Establishes project deliverables and timeframes and holds project team accountable for completion, keeping in mind both short-term and long-term goals.

+ Establishes clear project charter, team roles, responsibilities and accountabilities to ensure success of project.

+ Prepares and presents project scope document and achieves agreement on project parameters and goals.

+ Receives approvals at each phase of project.

+ Manages feasibility studies, business planning, and benefit assessments. Ensures cost, benefit, and risk elements are identified and considered.
