Your Mission
As a Sr. Project Manager, you'll oversee all aspects ofplex, multi-year fire and life safety system programs. From planning and design to execution and turnover, you'll ensure every milestone is met with excellenceon time, on budget, and in fullpliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead national, multi-site projects from kickoff to closeout.
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensurepliance with NFPA 72, 101, and fire alarm system standards.
Resolve construction disputes and scope changes with professionalism.
Track progress, mitigate risks, and report on key performance indicators.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years in AE or Design-Build project management.
5+ years in construction projects over $4M.
3+ years of experience in Fire Alarm, BMS, or Security systems.
Familiarity with NFPA 72, 101, and fire alarm systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
PMI certification.
Certifications in XLS140XLS3000 Fire Detection Systems.
Xtralis Vesda accreditation.
NICET III or higher.
