The Foundation Event Project Manager is key in planning, organizing, and executing fundraising and stewardship events for the Valleywise Health Foundation. Reporting to the Valleywise Health Foundation Director of Foundation Marketing & Strategy, this role will play a key part in leading event logistics, coordinating volunteers, managing sponsorships, and handling email communication and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled writer, and passionate about making an impact in the nonprofit healthcare sector. - Requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
- Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in event planning and project coordination.
- Prefer non-profit or fundraising experience.
- Prefer Blackbaud RE, RE NXT, or OneCause product experience.
- Proficiency in writing, email marketing, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and event management abilities.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
